She specializes in corporate and commercial law, labour law, public procurement law, contract law and intellectual property law (copyright, unfair competition, internet law).
Julita Mortka supports the management of corporate clients in day-to-day management of the companies, advises the HR departments on the development of internal regulations, procedures, etc., and conducts business negotiations for Clients when implementing new projects (sales, service) throughout Europe.
Julita Mortka also supports our Clients in the implementation of data protection regulations, analysing risks and, consequently, proposing solutions that are tailor-made for the individual client.
Julita Mortka gained her many years of experience as an in-house lawyer in the FMCG group, in a foreign corporation in biotechnology and life science, as well as in reputable law firms in Cracow and Italy. Main projects: preparation of a large construction company for IPO, customer support in unfair competition and comparative advertising, restructuring of Northern Europe companies as well as comprehensive advisory services on the expansion of pharmaceutical services in Central and Eastern Europe.
A graduate of the Jagiellonian University, the School of French Law (run by the University of Orleans at the Jagiellonian University) and the Summer University on Continental Law at the Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II), organized by La Fondation pour le droit continental.
Julita Mortka has also completed postgraduate studies in Tax Consultancy at the Cracow University of Economics.
She works in English and Italian and also speaks French.
